'Takasago' has been the flagship brand of Kiyama Shuzo since the company's foundation in 1818, and has been popular for many years.

While we have focused our efforts on 'Jikon' since 2005, in 2018, to mark our 200th anniversary, we took on the challenge of producing 'Takasago' using the traditional 'kimoto' method for the first time, breathing new life into it.
'Takasago', which has evolved while preserving tradition, is a symbolic bottle that connects the brewery's history to its future.
